🔼  Nova Notebook. Men’s basketball player Enoch Boakye has been settling in to his new home at Villanova after transferring from Fresno State. His basketball journey began in middle school, but it didn’t take long for him to earn an invitation to represent Canada.

Playing in the U16 America’s Cup gave him the confidence that he could make it at the next level. After being one of the biggest guys at the high school level, college basketball was an awakening as the 6’11 forward had to get more physical. After time at Arizona State and Fresno State, he landed here at Villanova. His new home is a 7-hour drive from his Ontario home, so he looks forward to seeing family and friends more often. Read more about his story here.

🔼 Home For Nine. The men’s soccer schedule has been released and the Wildcats are hosting nine matches! The Wildcats will hit the road to Bucknell and Monmouth for exhibition matches, before hosting UMBC for one final dress rehearsal. The regular season will start at the Higgins Soccer Complex on August 22 as St. Peters comes to Villanova. BIG EAST play will begin September 15 when Marquette comes to visit. Soccer season is just around the corner!

🔼 Pick Up The Phone. Villanova men’s soccer goalkeeper Sebastian Cutler has been called up to the Puerto Rico National Team! This fall will be his first fall season at Villanova. The sophomore transferred from Charlotte, where he played in six games and recorded 12 saves.
