🔼 ‘Cats Win. Villanova won its conference opener for the 10th time in the last 13 seasons! The Wildcats defeated Towson 14-13 on Saturday. Isaiah Ragland ran for a career-high 141 yards and Jaylan Sanchez scored two touchdowns. Up next, the Wildcats head to Maryland for a noon kickoff on Saturday.

🔼 Another Winning Weekend. Villanova volleyball had another weekend of wins! On Saturday, they swept Colgate quickly. They beat Fairfield in four sets yesterday to finish the weekend. Cat Young and Ozzie Ozonoh were named to the Yale Invitational All-Tournament Team for their performances throughout the weekend.

🔼 All Tied Up. Men’s soccer scored a late goal on Saturday night to tie FDU 2-2. Colby Raymond and Vincent Petrera scored the two Wildcat goals. They’ll begin conference play on Friday when they host Marquette.

🔼  It’s A Draw. The women’s soccer team played at Cornell yesterday where they finished the match in a 1-1 draw. Susanna Soderman scored Villanova’s lone goal in the first minute off a penalty kick. The Wildcats will open BIG EAST play on Sunday at Seton Hall.

🔼 Empire State Of Mind. Golf starts their week in New York at The Doc Gimmler Red & Black hosted by St. John’s. They’ll play against St. John’s, Columbia, UConn, Harvard, Hofstra, Iona, Lafayette, Lehigh, Long Island, North Dakota State and Towson. The Wildcat lineup includes Ryan Pamer, Vibhav Alokam, Nathan Marion, Cameron Besaw and Jackson Legner. Ian Love will be playing as an individual. The tournament will take place today and tomorrow.
