🔼 Bragging Rights. For the first time since 2019, the Villanova men’s soccer team is unbeaten through its first three games of the season and they did so in dramatic fashion.

A pair of Wildcats newcomers combined for a goal in the 90^th minute to help lift Villanova past Saint Joseph's 1-0 at the Higgins Soccer Complex on Monday afternoon.

Freshman Matthew Klann deftly tapped the ball to Sam Nyenka near the top of the 18-yard box and Nyenka did the rest, blasting a shot into the net at the 89:31 mark of this Philly Soccer Six clash.

🔼 Game Week. We are just three days away from the return of the ‘Cats as 13th-ranked Villanova football squad is set to host perennial Patriot League power Colgate on Saturday evening.

🔼 Holding Court. The Villanova volleyball team is off to a strong start to their 2025 campaign after a 2-0 weekend at the Catholic Challenge in South Bend.

Leading the way was junior Abby Harrell, who was named the Tournament MVP over the weekend and on Tuesday, she was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for her performance in the ‘Cats weekend sweep.

Harrell and her teammates will now be back in action at home this weekend after their midweek matchup at Binghamton was cancelled.

🔼 Roll Out. Villanova landed its first BIG EAST weekly accolades of the season as Hannah Curtin and Hannah Dickinson were named to the Weekly Honor Roll.

The duo played a key role in Villanova's 2-0 week as the Wildcats picked up shutout wins against George Mason, 2-0, and Bucknell, 1-0. This is Curtin's first BIG EAST nod and Dickinson's fifth, landing four last year in her debut season with the 'Cats.

🔼 Coach Speak. Two Nova legends connecting with an all-time football legend? Count us in!

On this week’s Good In The Game Podcast, former head coach and 2020 College Football Hall of Fame inductee Andy Talley and current head coach Mark Ferrante joined LaVar Arrington to talk all things Villanova and MUCH more.

🔼 Coming Home. Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart are back at Villanova, and they’re bringing the Roommates Show 𝙃𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 to Finneran Pavilion on Wednesday, September 17 at 7 PM.
