š¼ Comeback āCats. It didnāt take Jaābriel Mace long to turn a halftime deficit into a Villanova lead as his 100-yard kick return sparked a dominant second half to lead the āCats to a 31-24 victory over the visiting Tribe of William & Mary.
Leading the way was David Avit, who rushed for 133 yards and three TDs, marking his second time ever with back-to-back 100-yard games.
š¼ Never Say Die. The Villanova menās soccer team stunned the UConn crowd on Saturday night as the āCats scored two goals in the final 2:49 to earn a 2-1 win over the 22nd-ranked Huskies.
Backs Brody Crampton and Lorenzo Avalos were the goal scorers with assists going to Michael teDuits on the equalizer and Gleb Bogdanov on the go-ahead score in the 88th minute.

š¼ Our City. What a weekend it was for the Villanova field hockey program as the āCats staked claim to city bragging rights with not one, but two victories over city rivals.
On Friday, Villanova shutout Temple, 2-0, in BIG EAST play. The cherry on top of the weekend came on Sunday afternoon when the āCats battled past #15 Saint Josephās, 2-1, for their programās first ranked win since last October.

š¼ Weekend Sweepinā. The Villanova volleyball squad kicked off their BIG EAST slate in thrilling fashion, sweeping a weekend trip to St. Johnās (3-2) and Seton Hall (3-0) to start 2-0 in conference play and improve to 11-2 overall.
Abby Harrell led the offensive attack with 24 combined kills, while Alyssa Nelson and Ava Harris combined for 77 assists in the two victories.
