🔼 Coming Home. After back-to-back weeks on the road, the 22nd-ranked Villanova football squad is coming home this Saturday to host the Tribe of William & Mary in a crucial CAA showdown on Family Weekend.

Kickoff is set for 3:30 pm at Villanova Stadium.

🔼 National Notoriety. For the first time in her career, Villanova midfielder Gabby Koluch has been recognized by TopDrawerSoccer as a member of the Team of the Week, earning Honorable Mention status on Tuesday morning.

The junior is the first Wildcat to land on the weekly ledger from the organization this season. The last to land the honor was Myla McLeod back on October 22, 2024.

🔼 Thrice As Nice. Know what’s better than winning a weekly conference accolade? Winning three of them!

After opening conference play with a win Saturday, three Villanova players earned weekly awards from the BIG EAST this week. Meredith Palmer was tabbed Defensive Player of the Week, Hannah Dickinson landed Goalkeeper of the Week and Tea Gambardella was lauded as Freshman of the Week. All three honorees helped Villanova to land its fifth shutout of the season with a 1-0 win over Seton Hall on Saturday.

🔼 Getting The Call. Junior goalkeeper Sebastian Cutler DeJesus of the Villanova men’s soccer team has some new travel plans to make.

This week, he received the call-up to the Puerto Rico national team for their upcoming match against Argentina on Monday, October 13th at Solider Field in Chicago, Ill.

🔼 Finishing Strong. The Villanova men's golf team finished their trip to the Ryan T. Lee Memorial Collegiate in strong fashion, finishing fourth overall. The ‘Cats shot 579 (+11) in the tournament, improving by nine strokes in round two to elevate four spots.

Ryan Pamer shot two-under in Wethersfield to clinch a tie for a third place finish. Pamer improved from round one, where he shot even Monday, to fire a 69 (-2) on Tuesday.
