🔼 Canadian Queen. The stock of Villanova guard Jasmine Bascoe continues to rise as this week, the junior was named as one of 12 players on Canada’s Senior Women’s National Team for the 2026 FIBA Women’s Olympic Pre-Qualifying Tournament in Guadalajara, Mexico.
On Monday, Bascoe made her debut, earning a start and finished with nine points and four assists in Canada’s win over Senegal. Tonight, she and her teammates are back on the court for a 7:30 pm ET matchup with the Philippines.

🔼 Roll Out. 180 minutes into the 2026 season and the Villanova women’s soccer squad has yet to give up a goal.
Helping lead that defensive effort is veteran goalkeeper Hannah Dickinson, who is in her final year with the Wildcats.
After registering her 15th career shutout in the season opener at Syracuse, Dickinson was named to the first BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll of the season on Monday. It marks the eighth weekly honor roll distinction of her Villanova career.
🔼 All New Action. In advance of what is sure to be another exciting season of Wildcats Football, Villanova Athletics has announced several new activities and game day experiences for fans of all ages in 2026 that begin hours before kickoff and continue throughout the game.

Throughout the summer, we will be counting down the days
to the return of Villanova Football this fall. The Wildcats will
host William & Mary on Friday, August 28 at 6 p.m.
🔼 Single Digits! We are now just 9️⃣ days away from kickoff for the 2026 Villanova Football season.
New year, new number for junior defensive lineman Ivan Murray, Jr.
After wearing #94 for his first two seasons, Murray will be donning #9️⃣ this fall and looking for a breakout season for the Wildcats.
The New Jersey native has played in 21 games over the past two seasons, including all 14 last year during Villanova’s run to the FCS Semifinals. He has 13 total tackles and two QB hurries to his resume.
