🔼 Smarty Cats. Fifth year track & field star Roschell Clayton and junior swimmer Katie White were announced recently as winners of 2024-25 BIG EAST Sport Excellence Awards in recognition of their academic and athletic achievements as well as community service.

This is the 13^th time in the 16-year history of the award and the sixth year in a row that Villanova has had multiple Sport Excellence Award honorees.
 
Following the conclusion of each academic year, the BIG EAST Sport Excellence Awards are presented to one student-athlete in each BIG EAST-sponsored sport based on academic credentials, athletic accolades or performances and volunteer service to the community.
 
Villanova has had 47 total winners of Sport Excellence Awards since the creation of this honor beginning with the 2009-10 academic year, including 23 honorees in the last six years alone.

🔼 Setting The Slate. Get out your calendars now, we’ve got dates to lock in.

Last week, the Villanova men’s golf program rolled out their 2025 fall slate, which includes five tournament dates in four different states.

🔼 ‘Cats At Work. While the rest of us enjoyed some down time on the weekend, our ‘Cats got after it on the gridiron and the pitch as the season draws near for our fall programs.
