🔷 And much more!

🔼 Eyes On Us. This week, the Wildcats are set to the hit the field for the official start of fall camp.
They will do so with eyes on them as two of their own earned spots on watch lists this week.
Stephane Voltaire was named to the East-West Shrine Bowl Watch List, while sophomore running back David Avit was named to the Walter Payton Award Offensive Player of the Year Watch List.
Avit was the CAA Football Offensive Rookie of the Year as a true freshman last season and was a finalist for the Jerry Rice Award which is presented to the top freshman in the FCS. He played in all 14 games during his rookie campaign and rushed for a team-high 923 yards, while also leading the Wildcats with nine rushing touchdowns.
Voltaire has started 30 of the 37 career games he has played on the Villanova offensive line, including all 27 games over the past two seasons. Last year, the offensive line helped the Wildcats record just 14 turnovers all season and finish the year with a plus-five turnover margin.
🔼 Lacing ‘Em Up. One of the biggest weeks of the summer track & field season is set to commence as countries from all parts of the globe hold their senior national championships this week. There is added significance to national competition this year with these meets serving as qualification procedures for World Athletics Championships Tokyo 2025 coming up in September.
As is always the case on the national and worldwide stages, the Wildcats will be well represented by current student-athletes and alumni who are competing at the highest levels of the sport.
Most notably, a group of eight athletes will be in action at the 2025 Toyota USATF Outdoor & Para National Championships in Eugene, Ore. starting on Thursday afternoon and continuing through Sunday afternoon.
