🔼 Summer Session. The NBA is finding out just what all Villanova fans already knew, Duke Brennan can ball.

As part of the NBA Summer League, Brennan has played in four of the five games for the Brooklyn Nets, including a 10-point, 12-rebound performance against Milwaukee last week.

For the summer, Brennan has scored 14 points, grabbed 20 rebounds and dished out two assists in 46 total minutes of action.

🔼 And Another One. Coach Willard and the Villanova men’s hoops program added one more piece to the roster for the 2026-27 season late last week.

Abdou Samb, a 6-8 forward from Upper Marlboro, Md., who last played at Towson, officially signed an aid agreement to join the ‘Cats.

Samb emerged as an all-state performer at Frederick Douglass High School before beginning his college career at Rhode Island. He averaged 6.4 points and 3.3 rebounds per outing in 2023-24 at IUPUI before transferring to Towson. In 2024-25 he appeared in 32 games at Towson before sitting out the 2025-26 campaign in Baltimore.

🔼 Sneak Peek. Villanova fans will have a chance to see all the newcomers and some of the returning faces with the annual Summer Jam Open Practice later this month at Finneran Pavilion.

Following the workout, current team members will be available for an autograph signing session.

Doors to the public open at 3:30 p.m.
