🔼 Remembering A Legend. Former Wildcat star George Leftwich passed away on June 18. He played on Jack Kraft’s first Villanova men’s basketball team. Despite suffering a career-changing knee injury, he was a mentor to teammates and later becoming a coach and athletic director. His legacy continues to inspire, embodying the “humble and hungry” attitude that defines Villanova basketball.

The Fade Factory Barbershop is proud to support the Wildcats and is located down the street from campus in Bryn Mawr (Rosemont Square on the first floor inside Elite Salons & Suites).

🔼 Becoming An Advocate. Wildcat swimmer Winnie Jalet and women’s lacrosse player Makenzie Fisher attended the Athlete Ally Athlete Activism Summit in Portland, Oregon. The summit focused on building a more inclusive sports environment, inspiring the duo to bring new ideas back to campus and recognize the power of their voices as student-athletes. The event emphasized the importance of community, unity, and advocacy for LGBTQ+ inclusion in sports.
