🔼 Tiger Tussle. The Villanova Baseball team kicks off its final homestand of the 2026 campaign this afternoon when the Towson Tigers roll into town for a midweek showdown.
Winners of four of its past five, the ‘Cats look to keep momentum going in preparation for this weekend’s home BIG EAST series with St. John’s.
Villanova’s offense has been the key over the recent five-game surge as the ‘Cats have averaged 8.8 runs per game over that span.

This current Wildcat leads the Villanova baseball team in HRs (9) and RBIs (38), while ranking second in batting average (.324).

🔼 And Another One. The Villanova family keeps growing as this week, Elijah Crawford signed an aid agreement to join the men’s hoops squad for next season. The guard was a second team All-Missouri Valley Conference selection as a sophomore in 2025-26 while playing at UIC.
At UIC he averaged 14.3 points and 3.2 rebounds in 23 games for the Flames. He twice earned Missouri Valley Conference Newcomer of the Week honors.
A native of Augusta, Ga., Crawford attended Brewster Academy in New Hampshire, where he was listed as a Top 100 prospect in the class of 2024 by ESPN.com (96). In 2024-25 he appeared in 21 games at BYU, averaging 5.2 minutes per outing while also being named to the Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team.
🔼 Senior Salute. Now that’s how you put an exclamation point on a career.
Senior Ryan Pamer of the Villanova men’s golf squad capped off his Wildcat tenure with a career-best performance at the 2026 BIG EAST Championships. Pamer fired a 10-under, including 13 birdies, at the tournament.
VU's successful season ended with three individual wins and two team wins across the fall and spring season. The 'Cats are expected to return four golfers to the 2026-27 team.
