🔼 Winning Weekend. The Villanova Baseball team is looking to join the softball squad in finishing strong as the ‘Cats have now won four of their past five after winning the weekend series at Georgetown over the weekend.
The offense led the way in a pair of series-opening victories, scoring 20 runs in wins of 11-7 (Friday) and 9-3 (Saturday).
Villanova now has only two BIG EAST series left on the regular season schedule.
🔼 On The Prowl. Senior Ryan Pamer is looking to finish his Villanova men’s golf career with a bang.
After two rounds of the BIG EAST Men’s Golf Championship, Pamer sits tied atop the leaderboard with Cayse Morgan of Xavier at six-under.
Pamer connected on eight birdies in the first two rounds, while carding just two bogeys on the entire day.
He and his Wildcat teammates hit the course at 9:30 this morning for the final round of action.

🔼 Weekend Work. It was a busy weekend for the Villanova track & field squad, who blistered the track at the Larry Ellis Invitational in Princeton.
Highlight the action was sophomore distance runner Jack Fenlon, who became the newest member of the ‘Cats sub-four-minute mile club after he achieved the metric equivalent of the feat in the 1500 meters.
On the women’s side, junior Bailey Habler ran the Wildcats fastest 1500 meters of the season in the same race as the team started the weekend off with a pair of instant highlights.
