🔼 Medalin’ Up. Hopefully the Villanova track & field programs left extra room in their luggage because they’re going to need for the trip home from the 2026 BIG EAST Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

In total, the Wildcats tallied 15 podium finishes, highlighted by gold medals from Marco Langon (1500m), Olivia Allen (400m hurdles) and Malika Cunningham (high jump).

🔼 Hardware Haul. Highlighted by bronze medal showings from the 3V8 and 2V8 boats, the Villanova rowing squad earned its second consecutive fourth place finish at the CAA Rowing Championships over the weekend.

It marked the first time since 2021 that at least two Villanova boats medaled at the championship and the third time since joining the CAA in the 2015-16 season. Senior Maggie Coyne and sophomore Jalyn Colon were named to the All-CAA Team. This is Colon's first nod from the conference, while Coyne becomes the program's first three-time All-CAA selection.

🔼 One Step Away. Former Wildcats Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart and Mikal Bridges are four games away from etching their name in New York Knicks history.

Tomorrow night, the trio will open up the Eastern Conference Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Knicks are looking to earn their first trip to the NBA Finals since 1999.
