🔼 Feelin’ Grand. Highlighted by a grand slam from redshirt sophomore Mark Gialluisi, the Villanova baseball team rolled to a dominant 14-2 home victory over Bucknell on Tuesday afternoon.

Giallluisi led the ‘Cats 13-hit attack with three of his own, along with a run scored and four RBIs. Michael Whooley, Collin Quintano and Larry Hotaling each had two hits as well.

🔼 New Location, Same Results. He may be wearing a different uniform, but the results are the same for former Wildcat Malik Fisher.

Fisher, who is now in his third season of professional football in the UFL, is off to a hot start with the Houston Gamblers.

After two seasons with the DC Defenders, Fisher joined Houston in the offseason and has racked up three sacks and five TFLs in the first five games of the 2026 campaign.

Tomorrow in Cayce, S.C., the ‘Cats hit the courts in the opening round of the 2026 BIG EAST Tournament, facing off against 11th-seeded Providence at 9 am. A victory for Villanova would set up a Friday date with third-seeded St. John’s in the quarterfinals.
