š¼ On Watch. Villanovaās Eric Dixon has been named to the 2024-25 Oscar Robertson Trophy Midseason Watch List! The award goes to college basketballās top player, presented during the NCAA Menās Final Four. Dixon remains the nationās leading scorer, averaging 24.2 points per game with 509 total points this season.
Dixon and the Wildcats are in Chicago for a matchup with DePaul tonight at 9 p.m. on CBS Sports Network and the Villanova Sports Network on IHeart.

š¼ āCats vs. Dogs. The womenās basketball team is in Indianapolis to take on Butler tonight at 7 p.m. The Wildcats are looking to extend their two-game winning streak, while the Bulldogs have dropped their last five. Bronagh Power-Cassidy made this weekās BIG EAST Honor Roll after scoring 14 points and going 4-of-5 from three-point range.

š¼ Bigger In Texas. They say everything is bigger in Texas, and that holds true this weekend as Villanova softball plays two top-25 teams! Theyāll open the season at Texas A&Mās Aggie Classic, starting tomorrow. The Wildcats will play Utah State at 12:30 p.m. tomorrow. Later in the weekend, theyāll take on Abilene Christian, No. 19 Baylor and No. 7 Texas A&M. The Wildcats are the BIG EAST favorite and reigning conference champions.
š¼ Friends Of Nova. Recently, Friends of Nova hosted the Chester Charter basketball team for an evening on campus. Wooga Poplar has a special connection to the team, as their head coach was also his head coach in high school. Follow along as the Wildcats give a tour of the facility and lend advice to the Chester players in the latest episode of Inside Villanova Basketball with Kyle Neptune, presented by Toyota.

š¼ Scholarly Swimmers. The menās and womenās swimming and diving teams were recognized as Scholar All-America teams by the CSCAA! This is the 19th consecutive semester that both teams have earned the honor. The Wildcat women logged a 3.7 GPA in the fall and the men recorded a 3.55.
