🔼  Pretty In Pink. The women’s basketball team took down Georgetown 70-65 in their Play4Kay game on Wednesday! Jasmine Bascoe got started early, scoring 12 points in the first quarter. She finished the night with 26 to tie her career-high. The Wildcats are 8-2 in their last 10 games!

They’ll play at Providence on Sunday at noon on FS1.

🔼  Heading South. Villanova baseball is heading to the Palmetto State to play three games at Winthrop this weekend. Pitcher Bobby Olsen makes his return to his home state of South Carolina after making the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll this week. This will be the first time the two have played each other. Today’s game is set for 3 p.m., tomorrow’s at 2 p.m. and Sunday’s at 1 p.m. Sunday’s game will stream on ESPN+.

🔼  Home Away From Home. The men’s basketball team will play their last Wells Fargo Center game tonight at 7 p.m. when they host No. 16 Marquette, presented by La Colombe! The game will air on FS1. The Wildcats are 3-1 at the Wells Fargo Center in South Philly with wins over Xavier, Providence and Temple.

🔼 Coasting To Clemson. The Wildcat softball team will also spend the weekend in South Carolina as they’ll play at the Clemson Classic. They’ll play Clemson today at 3 p.m. Tomorrow, they’ll play a doubleheader against Elon and Marshall. Sunday’s opponent is TBD, depending on the results throughout the weekend.

🔼  Switching Fields. The 19th-ranked men’s lacrosse team was supposed to hit the road this weekend, but the weather said otherwise. They’ll now host Colgate tomorrow at 1 p.m. at Villanova Stadium. The Wildcats were ranked No. 19 in the Inside Lacrosse poll and No. 20 in the USILA Coaches Poll this week.

The women’s lacrosse team will hit the road for the first time this season. They’ll play at Bucknell tomorrow at 1 p.m.

🔼 Record Breaker. Water polo’s Gracin Kerry was named MAAC Defensive Player of the Week for the third time this season! She breaks the program record for most defensive weekly awards in program history. She saved seven goals as the Wildcats beat Siena last week.
