🔼 Say Cheese. A young Villanova Men’s Basketball showed its growth on Friday night, gutting out a 76-66 overtime victory over Wisconsin in the Milwaukee Hoops Showdown.

Tyler Perkins led four ‘Cats in double-figures with 19 points, along with six rebounds and two assists.

The Wildcats finish the non-conference slate at 9-2 and head into BIG EAST play on Tuesday night at Seton Hall.

🔼 Seven Up. Winter temperatures might be taking over outside, but the Villanova Women’s Basketball team is red hot.

In BIG EAST action on Friday night, the Wildcats rolled to a seventh straight win, taking down the Pirates of Seton Hall, 72-55 to improve to 9-2 on the year.

Jasmine Bascoe led all scorers with 20 points, while also grabbing seven rebounds, dishing out five assists and tallying three steals, while Ryanne Allen chipped in 19 points, including five 3-pointers on the day.

🔼 What A Run. A season for the ages and one of the most exciting postseason runs in school history carried 12th-seeded Villanova all the way to the penultimate round of the Division I Football Championship and the program's second home semifinal contest where the Wildcats fell to Illinois State by a final score of 30-14 on Saturday night.

Villanova finishes the year matching its second-most wins in a season and as one of the last four teams standing in the FCS playoffs.
