🔼 Firepower Unleashed. Another potent offensive display helped to carry the Villanova men’s hoops squad past a pesky Duquesne team, 87-77, before a full house Saturday evening at Finneran Pavilion.

The 87-point output followed on the heels of consecutive 94-point outbursts in wins over Queens and Sacred Heart in the first two games of the Villanova Challenge MTE.

Acaden Lewis led the way with 19 points and six assists, while Bryce Lindsay continued his torrid start with 18 points and two steals.

As a proud partner of Villanova Basketball, NJM Insurance is giving you the chance to win four tickets with club access to Nova vs. Pitt on 12/13. You'll also score an autographed basketball, official team gear, a behind-the-scenes tour of Finneran Pavilion and Davis Center, and more. Don't miss your shot – enter before 11/21/25.

🔼 He Called Game. Senior tight end Antonio Johnson caught the walk-off TD on the first series of overtime and the seventh-ranked Wildcats extended its overall and home winning streak with a 30-27 victory over Stony Brook on Saturday afternoon.

The win came in the Wildcats final regular season CAA Football game and was the team's first overtime affair since the abbreviated Spring 2021 season. The memorable contest had three lead changes in the fourth quarter and was not decided until the last of a combined 134 offensive snaps by the two teams.

🔼 Road Dub. The duo of Brynn McCurry and Jasmine Boscoe combined for 35 points as the Villanova women’s hoops squad put their offense on display in a 84-73 road victory at James Madison on Sunday afternoon.

McCurry and Boscoe led a balanced scoring attack that featured five double-digit scorers. Joining the pair in double-figures was Ryanne Allen (14), Kennedy Henry (11) and Kelsey Joens (10).

🔼 Punchin’ Tickets. All season long, the Villanova women's cross country team has demonstrated its growth with each successive meet. The reward for its progress throughout the year came on Saturday evening when the Wildcats were revealed as an at-large selection to the NCAA Championships during a live online selection show. This will be the 33rd team appearance at the cross country national championships for Villanova and the first since 2021.

The 2025 NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships take place at Gans Creek Cross Country Course in Columbia, Mo., on November 22.

A pair of men’s runners will be along with the women’s squad as both Charlie Moore and CJ Sullivan earned individual berths to the NCAA Championships.

🔼 Tourney Time. The Villanova volleyball team needed one win to secure a berth in the BIG EAST Tournament. The Wildcats got two.

Friday night, Villanova picked up a wild, 3-2 reverse sweep of UConn to officially earn their postseason berth. On Saturday, the Wildcats properly saluted their seniors with a 3-0 sweep of Providence to earn the program’s first 20-win season since 2019.

Next up - a Saturday seminfinal date with second-seeded Xavier.

🔼 Back For Episode II. Inside Villanova Basketball presented by Toyota is back with Episode 2 for one more viewing opportunity.

The final chance to catch the latest episode is this morning at 11:30 am on NBC Sports Philadelphia!

The show will feature interviews with Duke Brennan and Coach Willard, as well as a behind-the-scenes look at the induction of the 1985 National Championship team into the Philadelphia Sports Hall of Fame earlier this week.
