🔼 We’re Back. A new season of Inside Villanova Basketball with Kyle Neptune presented by Toyota starts today! Tune in on NBC Sports Philadelphia at 6:30 p.m. Tonight’s episode will feature an inside look at the team’s media day, a profile of one of nine newcomers - Jhamir Brickus, and other highlights from the offseason. This is the perfect show to excite you for the start of the regular season!

🔼 That’s A Wrap. The women’s soccer season came to a close last night as the Wildcats fell to Butler, 2-1. The loss leaves Villanova just shy of making the BIG EAST Championship. Alex Fava scored the lone goal for the Wildcats. Villanova finished the season with a 5-7-6 overall record.
🔼 On The Road, Again. The 13th-ranked Villanova football team is hitting the road this weekend! They’ll play at Hampton tomorrow at 1 p.m. The Wildcats are coming off a 14-6 win over New Hampshire, which saw the defense shine. Linebacker Shane Hartzell earned conference and national defensive honors this week. Get ready for the game by watching last week’s highlights!
🔼 Racing For A Title. The cross country teams are competing for a BIG EAST title today! The women’s team will get the morning started at 10 a.m. and the men will follow at 10:50 a.m. The women’s team is one of three nationally-ranked BIG EAST teams. The men’s team is at the top of the conference and ranked 17th nationally.
🔼 Trip To The Midwest. The volleyball team is opening November in the Midwest! They’ll play at Marquette, a team receiving top-25 votes, tonight at 8 p.m. The weekend slate doesn’t get any easier as they’ll play at No. 6 Creighton on Sunday at 2 p.m. Tonight’s match will stream on FloSports, while Sunday’s will broadcast on Nebraska Public Media.
🔼 Lucky Number 7. The men’s swimming & diving team got their first win of the season yesterday. They defeated Rider 152-146. The Wildcats had seven first-place finishes and 23 top-threes. Owen Nye had two first-place finishes, one in the 1000 free and the other in the 500 free. Justin Nowicki won the 200 fly and Aubrey Bowles won the 200 back. The Wildcats went on to sweep the top three spots in the 200 IM with, Max Christensen leading the way. On the diving side, Nicholas Jubilee won the 3-meter. They’ll host NJIT today starting at 4 p.m.
