šŸ”¼ Call It A Comeback. Villanova football came from behind to dominate Stony Brook in the second half. The Wildcats were down 24-14 before they scored 28 unanswered points in the final 22 minutes of the game to win 42-24. True freshman David Avit set a single-game school record for rushing yards by a first-year player with 183. The rookie running back scored four touchdowns. Villanova had a season-high 280 rushing yards and 432 yards of total offense.

šŸ”¼ De Ruijter Dominates. The field hockey team defeated Penn 5-1 on Sunday. Sabine de Ruijter scored a career-best four goals in the win. She leads the conference with 12 goals this season. Meghan Mitchell scored the 50th goal of her career, becoming the third Wildcat to reach that mark.

šŸ”¼  Wildcats vs. Wildcats. The menā€™s basketball team will host the Blue-White Scrimmage tomorrow! There are no excuses to miss out because admission is free! Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. inside Finneran Pavilion.

šŸ”¼ Canā€™t Touch This. Volleyball is 4-0 in conference play for the first time since 2011! On Friday, they defeated DePaul 3-1 as four players had double-digit kills. The Wildcats swept Xavier on Sunday after hitting a season-best .346. The ā€˜Cats have won eight straight.
