🔼 Cat Scratch Fever. The 18th-ranked Villanova football squad will hit the road once again for a critical CAA matchup when they square off with the other Wildcats of the University of New Hampshire tomorrow at 1 pm.

Coming off last weekend’s 31-24 home win over William & Mary, Villanova is looking to win its third straight over UNH, having won the meeting in both 2023 and 2024.

🏈 Full Game Preview

🔼 WINdy City. Resiliency was on full display for the Villanova women’s soccer program on Wednesday night, grinding out a 1-0 road win at DePaul. Dez Zapata netted the game-winner in the 70^th minute that the Blue Demons could not answer.
 
This is the first win for the ‘Cats when playing at DePaul since 2011, ending a streak of six-straight losses in the Windy City. Villanova has now posted six shutouts this fall.

🔼 Weekend Work. The football squad isn’t the only one in action with the red-hot volleyball squad leading a jam-packed weekend for the ‘Cats with two home games on the slate.

The rest of the Villanova squads are on the road this weekend with field hockey, men’s soccer, women’s soccer, cross country and both tennis programs rounding out the loaded docket.

🔼 Lock ‘Em In. We’ve had the dates, now we’ve got the times.

This week, the BIG EAST Conference released television network assignments and tipoff times for the 2025-26 men's basketball season.
 
The upcoming season marks the first of a six-year media agreement, which will span from 2025-26 through 2030-31, encompassing coverage on FOX Sports (FOX, FS1), NBC Sports (NBC, Peacock), TNT Sports (TNT,  truTV), and ESPN (ESPN+).  

🔼 Going Global. A pair of Villanova women's lacrosse players competed on the national stage last weekend as Wildcats Sophia Corretjer and Isabella Henson-Vendrell played for Team Puerto Rico at The Atlas Cup sixes weekend. 

The pair was selected to the 12-person roster after an August tryout and participated in three days of action at the USA Lacrosse headquarters from Sept. 26-28. The Atlas Cup was the first iteration of international teams competing in sixes since The World Games in 2022.
