🔼 Coming Soon. It’s a two-for-one weekend special for ‘Cats fans with both Villanova men’s and women’s basketball set to host exhibition games at Finneran Pavilion.

On Saturday, the men’s squad welcomes George Mason to town for a 1 p.m. matchup. The Wildcats are coming off a thrilling 77-75 exhibition victory at Rutgers on October 11 and will look to build on that momentum against the Patriots.

Sunday, the women’s team hits the court to battle Fairleigh Dickinson at 2 p.m. Head coach Denise Dillon and the Wildcats will get their first public game action of the preseason, offering fans an early look at the roster and the team's preparations for another competitive BIG EAST campaign.

🔼 Home Security. Villanova volleyball continued its dominance at Jake Nevin Fieldhouse on Wednesday night, defeating Georgetown in four sets (25-22, 21-25, 25-21, 25-18) to improve to a perfect 5-0 at home this season.

The victory moved the Wildcats to 10-8 overall and 3-4 in BIG EAST play, snapping a two-match losing streak. Taylor Lewis led the offensive attack with a season-high-tying 13 kills, while Campbell McKinnon added 11 kills and four blocks.

Chloe Kelly contributed nine kills and three blocks, while setter Alyssa Nelson recorded a double-double with 35 assists and 14 digs. Defensively, Mina Diggs collected a team-high 19 digs, and Annika Veurink dominated at the net with eight blocks.

🔼 Back To Work. Coming off a bye week, Villanova football returns to action Saturday afternoon following a bye week, traveling to the Bronx to face Fordham in a Patriot League matchup at Jack Coffey Field.

The Wildcats enter this weekend having won seven consecutive road games against FCS opponents dating back to last season.

Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. on ESPN+.
