🔼 Wrecking Records. The winter weather isn’t slowing down the Villanova track & field program.
On a busy weekend throughout the East Coast, a pair of Wildcats etched their name in the record books with Marco Langon and Maria Deaviz both putting forth record-breaking performances.

🔼 Saturday Sweepin’. While the weather outside is getting colder and colder, the Villanova women’s swimming & diving team heated things up in the pool this weekend.
The Wildcats picked up victories over West Virginia (160-140) and Duquesne (180-120) in the dual meet with five different swimmers earning individual victories.
🔼 Toe-To-Toe. It was an old school battle in Hartford on Saturday as the Villanova men’s basketball team went toe-to-toe with No. 2 UConn, battling the Huskies into overtime before falling 75-67.
Tyler Perkins (16 points, 10 rebounds) and Duke Brennan (16 points, 14 boards) led the way for the Wildcats.
🔼 Serving Up A Split. The Villanova women’s tennis squad picked up its first win of the spring season, earning a Friday split in West Point.
The Wildcats served up a 4-0 win over Sacred Heart before dropping a tough match with the host, Army.
🔼 Feelin’ 22. Now that’s how you open a season!
The Villanova water polo team got their 2026 campaign started with a dominant 22-10 victory over Salem on Friday afternoon.
The win marks the third consecutive season-opening win for head coach Michael Gordon. The 'Cats also extended their home winning streak to 11 straight victories. VU's 22 goals on the day matched the program's second highest goal tally in history, a feat it has achieved on four separate occasions.
